Vegan?

I am in love with food.
Love it.

It is really hard for me to not eat when there is good food on the table. But I still lost 10kg (22pounds) in the last 3 months. Those were left overs from having my 3rd baby at the beginning of the year.

How did I make it?
Well no carbs basically. No added sugar, even in my decaf in the morning, which was pretty much the hardest in the process.

But now comes the phase where I just have 7 more pounds to loose....
My body got used to fonctioning on low calories, so I have to find another solution.

Yesterday I watched the episode of Marie TV:
http://www.marieforleo.com/2014/10/chef-chloe-coscarelli/

Mmmm ... Chloe Coscarelli, vegan chef, winner of the Cupcake war, featured in many different shows, looks so good, skinny, healthy, and she is so friendly, open, not an extremist vegan at all; she made me want to try it.

Next Step: download the recipes, buy the ingredients, and I'll try this week end my first vegan meal or day maybe...

...to be continued

Let me know what you do to loose weight.

What to believe?

Here is an article in the New York times:  http://nyti.ms/1r0Humb
It is about the belief: "Everything happens for a reason".

Here is my take on it, enriched by the teachings of the Avatar Course®.

We believe what we believe to make sense of life, to find our purpose and to lead a

meaningful life.

If people would believe everything happens by chance, then they would find all the

evidence for it to happen by chance.

We live our lives within our perceptions and when focussing on love, love increases, when

focussed on loss, loss increases.

Everyone believes what they want to believe, and then find all the evidences for it to be

true. It is perception, viewpoints differences.

There is no right or wrong.

The questions we could ask is "what would I like to believe so my life and the ones of others are bettered, more peaceful and so the world becomes more compassionate?"

I think that is the real question.
And not whether a belief is right or wrong, a belief is a belief, nothing less, nothing more. No need to fight for it.

We are more than thoughts or beliefs.

Some examples of beliefs I find helpful:

"The world is a better place every day"
"My life is fantastic"
"I am helpful to others"
"I am healthy"
"I am honest"
"I attract people just like me"

Those are beliefs which I believe contribute to raise peace, compassion and love on the planet. Maybe you have other ones!

Choose your own beliefs and share them on the blog.

And if you wish to examine your beliefs in more depth, send me an email ariane@livefully.ch to set up a mini-avatar class. It's free and fantastic!

love, peace, light

Give Audrey Campbell first Album a listen

AUDREY CAMPBELL RELEASES DEBUT ALBUM

Hamden, CT – January 26, 2011 - The talented singer/songwriter from Connecticut is on the verge of releasing her debut album, a move that will excite the many fans that have heard her sing.

Audrey Campbell is set to release the album on Tuesday, February 15th, continuing to build upon her burgeoning music career. Audrey, who lives in Hamden, Connecticut, and attends Hamden High School, has just put the final touches on her album and is now preparing for the release that will allow a wider audience to enjoy her musical talents.

The album, ‘Fly Away’, consists of five original songs written by Audrey, each providing a combination of her bluesy, sweeping vocals and poetic lyrics. Her voice and lyrics in the various songs are accompanied by a somber piano cadence; intermingled with acoustic guitar strums and drum beats; and at times give way to balanced guitar solos to create a neo-soul and inspirational album.

The album was recorded at Factory Underground, Norwalk, CT, produced by Kenny Cash and is under the label The Ariane Studio.

The theme of the album reflects the strong and enduring character of Audrey in dealing with a troubled relationship. The title track, “Fly Away,” was created because of this relationship and the other tracks of the album, based on her personal experience and feelings she has about the world in general, affirm the message of believing in oneself and the ability to overcome obstacles in life.

Audrey says of her musical upbringing, “My first musical experience was singing in my grandfather's church as a child. Singing became my true passion when I was in second grade. I decided to audition for The United Girls Choir and got accepted. During the six years I participated in it, I learned how to read music and harmonize. When I was a baby, I used to hum when my family sang to me.  So I have loved music all my life.  I have been performing for nine years.”

Audrey aspires to continue her music career and states that she wants “people to hear what I have to say throughout my songs. I want to give people inspiration, hope, love, peace, courage, and most importantly happiness when they hear my album. I want to change the world and bring love and peace with music, my music.”

Audrey’s CD release party is an all age event and will be held on Saturday February 19th at the Amity Teen Center at 10 Selden Street, Woodbridge CT from 7pm -11pm. Cover charge of $10 at the door. Audrey will be performing all of her songs from her CD as well as other originals. Three acoustic bands will be opening for Audrey. The Scoreboard will cater the event.

Audrey performed at Toad’s Place in New Haven on Feb. 21st for the 16th Annual Amity Teen Center Benefit.

Audrey is performing in Norwalk at SoNo Caffeine on March 11 2011.

10 years in the USA....6 days in Switzerland

It has been 3 busy months ...I have been going to the recording studio "factory underground" in Norwalk, CT, with Audrey and Cara where we are recording our songs with Kenny Cash (producer). I was interviewed on CT channel 8 for CT Style with Desiree Fontaine, who is lovely and was certainly interested in doing the Avatar Course.
And ...last week, my family and I moved to Switzerland.
We are now in a small village of 3000 people, but next door are the schools, the bakery, grocery shopping, pizzeria, a dance school and a consciousness training center! what a coincidence.
When we arrived at the airport my mother-in-law and my sister-in-law where holding Welcome balloons. When we arrived at our new place, there was a big sign of welcome on our door with a typical bread from Switzerland, called 'breads' homemade by my mother's cousin, who lives in the same town.
I noticed a couple of things that are soooo different than in the USA.
The first one are the garbage bags:
You have to buy special garbage bags from your town, with a stamp on them, and they are $3 a bag...and guess what, it's great! this means the polluter/non-recycler will pay more. The $3 price is to encourage or enforce recycling, which is made very easy, next to every building or house, there is a place with trash/compost/recycling containers. and the $3 includes the taxes to get rid or burn the trash we make. Clever no?
Another I noticed was at the local beautiful public swimming pool, how women are so not self-conscious about nudity...well that's another subject...

We spent about a week here exploring in the Swiss-German part and tomorrow we are going to Geneva(French speaking part), where my family lives.

It is said that moving is one of the hardest thing to do, and I must say that I thank Harry P. every day for having created the Avatar tools. I use them everyday, to keep grounded and happy.
When I moved to the USA 10 years ago I did not have these tools and for a whole month I was crying every morning for about 1hour before I could do anything. It's like I was in chock.A friend told me about the Avatar course after a year in New York, and it saved my life.
This time around, I feel stable and I feel like I am creating exactly what I'd like to create right now.
I am preparing for the July International Avatar Course and will fly to Florida on July 1st. My girls will stay with my husband, their cousins and my parents for 12 days. They will have fun for sure!
If you want to join me and many others on the adventure of the Avatar Course, get the set of tools that makes everything so much easier, then contact an Avatar Master near you. or email me. let's chat my friend! be bold!
love you

The Greatest Renewable Resource

Guest post by Maria Styles
With all this talk and excitement about "Going Green," healing and protecting our beautiful planet, her resources, and our future, there is one resource that is not getting the attention it deserves. Pun intended. Oh, yes! I'm talking about
